Partnerships

Partnerships are central to Hatfield’s ethos of growth and aspiration. They enable us to continue to innovate and inspire, providing support for our families and unique and bespoke learning opportunities for the whole family.

Local

Hatfield is currently working in diverse group of partnerships with Sanctuary Housing, Work-wise, Sheffield Grow and Instinctive Health on several exciting health, education and community projects. These partnerships extend beyond the school day reaching out to the whole family and community.

Hatfield engages employers to invest their time to work with pupils through its STEM curriculum. Work-wise act as bridge between the world of work and education, so both sectors are able to collaboratively enhance our pupils’ understanding of the world of work.  Pegl Parker, Visualised It, Castings Technology International, Naylor Industries, Newburgh, Cutlers’ are some of many of our ongoing employer partnerships.

International:

Hatfield Academy is currently working alongside  Xiehe schools in Shanghai on an “East Meets West” pedagogy project to identify key educational strengths in each cultural context.  Hatfield has already welcomed two delegations of teachers from Shanghai over the course of the last eighteen months.

We are looking forward to the opportunity to visit our international colleagues in Shanghai in the near future.

Thank you to the employers who have supported us with STEM this year
